Our customers are located around the globe! Not only are we present in the European market, but also in Asia, Africa and South- or North America. The only places we currently do not deliver to (yet) are the Arctic and Antarctic 🙂 Why your order is in good hands with us? Have a look behind the scenes!

How does it start?

Most of the times, the co-operation between you and CETEC Systems begins with a request for quotation. We normally receive the RFQ via e-Mail, since often our customers are located in a different time zone than we in Vienna.

Technically comprehensive requests are handled by our colleague Thomas Weber – he is the Technical Manager of CETEC Systems and our „technical brain“ – he solves even the most tricky questions.

Together with our Field Staff and the Technical Support, he checks the feasibility of the project, looks for possible variations and delivers the right solutions for your individual application.

All this happens with special emphasis on cost efficiency paired with high quality and the claim to reduce your costs in the long run.

Who is behind the scenes of CETEC Systems?

Is your request for quotation something that would not necessarily need a technical eye, like spare parts or quick change tool orders, then our colleagues from the Sales support team handle those requests.

Andrea Domian is our Office Manager and cares for structure and organization. Once everything is clarified the quotation gets delivered as fast as possible to your inbox. From this it is only a small step to the order, which is sent to the central order inbox order@cetec.co.at.

All quick change tools are manufactured individually, that means according to the terminals – for this process the manufacturer needs samples, which we will request from our customer as soon as possible upon receipt of the order.

Why we sometimes behave a little “pushy” towards our customers?

Sometimes, in the case of missing samples, we are all about receiving the samples on time – without samples the delivery time of the quick change tool gets delayed and so we might appear a little pestering 🙂

Being the coordinator between you and the suppliers we are on top of the order process – we try to prioritise urgent orders, care for fast deliveries and try our best to get the ordered products delivered as fast as possible and to your utmost satisfaction.

Addtionally we are happy to train your employees to keep them on track for the latest technology.
